Nescatunga Arts Festival Virtual Show Submission Form
Because the Nescatunga Arts Festival in Alva, Oklahoma, was canceled this year due to COVID-19, we decided to offer our artists, crafters and cake artists a chance to show off their talents in an alternative "virtual show."

If interested, please fill out this form, then email 5-10 digital images of your work to us so we can use them to create a short video that we'll post to our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/NescatungaArts) and website (www.nescatunga.org). Please use NescatungaArts@yahoo.com (if the images aren't too big in file size) or www.wetransfer.com (up to 2 gb of files can be sent for free via this website) to send your photos using our Yahoo address.

We'll create the video, add it to the website, and post it to social for only $10.00.
You can mail a check payable to Nescatunga to:
Nescatunga Virtual Show, Alva Chamber of Commerce, 502 Oklahoma Blvd., Alva, OK 73717.

Videos will not be posted until payment is made.
Our original deadline date was Aug. 31, but we're pretty flexible, so if you still would like us to create a short video for you, just fill out the form and let us know!

We hope these videos will help our artists make contact with people who were hoping to purchase items during our summertime festival.
If you have any item that we would have accepted at a booth for the Festival, this "virtual show" is for you!
Book Author, Oil & Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastels, Mixed Media, Graphics/Pen & Ink/Pencil, Printmaking, Photography, Pottery, Sculpture (wood), Sculpture (metal), Sculpture (mineral), Fiber Arts (quilting, weaving, basketry), Designer Arts & Jewelry (glass, wood, mineral), Wood Toys/Furniture, etc., Ceramics/Glass, Clothing (adult & children), Soft Toys, Decorative Items, Jewelry, Craft Food, Repurposed, Home Goods/Accessories. Those who were planning to compete in our new Sugar Show, feel free to send images of your decorated cakes, cookies and cupcakes to get in on this "virtual show," too!

Thanks for submitting!
